Pastoral Care

'Connect 2' is an important part of our ministry as a Church is to care for people inside and outside the Church membership.

To try and carry out this ministry efficiently, we have formed the Pastoral Care Team called "Connect 2", which is headed up by Cyndi Devonish. It involves connecting people from church to people within our local community.

This team of 20 enjoys giving support and encouragement where it's needed.  It includes home communion visits, sending cards or flowers and ensuring a warm greeting to new people coming into church.

If you know of anyone who may benefit from "Connect 2", please let us know, either though a church member or fill in a form and pop it into the "Connect 2" box at either church.

Our latest exciting venture is about connecting to people in our villages through a welcoming cafe, planned to open up in September 2007.
